|1 pack||(8 oz) of seitan|
|½ teaspoon||Garlic powder|
|½ teaspoon||Onion powder|
|Pepper to taste|
|1 tablespoon||Whole wheat flour|
Heat seitan, oil and spices over medium heat, 5 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Add the flour and water and heat 2 minutes longer. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice or pasta.
