1⅓ cup Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Shortening (up to)
4 tablespoons Iced water

From: ynnuf@... (Doreen Randal) Date: Thu, 11 Nov 93 13:20:58 PST Sift flour and salt into a bowl. Blend in shortening. Add water 1 Tbs at a time until dough begins to hold together. Gather into a ball and shape into a flattened round on a floured board. Roll out and cut into circles about 1" larger than tart pans. Place dough in pans, trim edges and prick bottoms thoroughly. Bake at 475 degs F. for 8-10 mins. When cool remove from pans and fill with your favourite fillings.
