Tangy garbanzo dip

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
15 ounces Can garbanzo beans, drained & rinsed
2 \N Scallions, chopped
3 tablespoons Water
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
3 teaspoons Grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon Rice vinegar
½ teaspoon Honey Dash or two Tabasco

Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy.
