Tamari dipping sauce

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pint Sake
1 cup Tamari
1 pounds Sugar

Combine all of the ingredients in a heavy saucepan and reduce over medium heat until the sauce coats the back of a spoon. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Serve with grilled poultry or hot or cold buckwheat noodles.
