Tahini-lemon sauce

1½ cup Tahini
1½ cup Buttermilk or yogurt
1 medium Clove garlic crushed
½ cup Lemon juice
¼ cup Finely minced scallions
¼ cup Finely minced parsley
½ teaspoon Ground cumin (more to
\N \N Taste)
\N \N Dash or two of tamari (mild
\N \N Soy sauce)
\N \N Salt to taste
\N \N Dash or two of cayenne and
\N \N Paprika
