Taco salad (barbara's recipe)

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
24 ounces GROUND BEEF
1 each LARGE HEAD LETTUCE, CHOPPED
2 eaches TOMATOES
1 each ONION, LARGE
2 cups CHEDDAR CHEESE, CUBED
2 cans KIDNEY BEANS, DRAINED, 15oz.
4 ounces WISHBONE ITALIAN DRESSING
4 ounces WISHBONE FRENCH DRESSING
15 ounces FRITOS CORN CHIPS

DICE ONION. CHOP TOMATOES AND LETTUCE. COOK GROUND BEEF AND DRAIN GREASE.

WASH BEEF IN WARM WATER. DRAIN WELL. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT FOR THE DRESSINGS AND FRITOS. JUST BEFORE SERVING ADD FRITOS AND DRESSING.
