Taco burgers^

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Ground beef
1 tablespoon Instant minced onion
1 pack Taco seasoning
1 cup Finely crushed corn chips
1 \N Egg, beaten
6 slices Cheddar cheese
\N \N Hamburger buns
\N \N Lettuce leaves
\N \N Tomato slices
\N \N Salsa, optional

Combine meat, onion, taco seasoning, corn chips and egg. Make 6 patties and cook by preferred method. Top each with a slice of cheese and let begin to melt. Serve with lettuce, tomato and salsa, if desired.
