Swiss steak for the crock-pot

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Seasoned flour
1½ pounds Round steak
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 can Zesty tomato soup
¼ cup Sliced onions
1 can Stewed tomatoes

Pound flour into steak. Cut into serving size pieces (I cut into very small pieces sometimes). Brown in skillet. Put in crock-pot and add remaining ingredients. Cover. Cook 4 to 6 hours on high or 10 to 12 hours on low.

Serve with cooked rice or noodles. Serves 4 to 6.
