Swiss steak (crock pot)

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Round steak 1\" thick
¼ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 \N Stalk celery, chopped
2 \N Carrots, chopped
¼ cup Chopped onion
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 can (16oz) whole tomatoes
½ cup Grated American cheese

Cut steak into 4 servings, dredge in flour with salt. Place in pot.

Add chopped vegetables and Worcestershire sauce. Pour tomatoes over meat and vegetables. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 10 hours. Just before serving sprinkle with grated cheese.
