| Measure | Ingredient |

| 4 tablespoons | Butter |
| 2 tablespoons | Flour |
| 1 teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 teaspoon | Minced; dried onion |
| 1 tablespoon | Sugar |
| 1 cup | Sour cream |
| 2 packs | (10-oz) frozen French cut green beans; cooked and drained |
| 1½ cup | Grated Swiss cheese |
| ¼ cup | Crushed Ritz crackers |
Over low heat melt 2 Tablespoons of butter. Add flour, salt, pepper, onion and sugar. Stir in sour cream and green beans. Put in a 2 quart greased casserole. Cover with cheese. Melt remaining butter and mix with crackers.
Spread over cheese. Bake at 350ø for 30 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
