| 2 tablespoons | Rice flour |
| 3 tablespoons | Wheat flour |

| 2 tablespoons | Light soy sauce |

| Coriander | |
| 2 | Cloves garlic; finely chopped |
| 1 | Chilli; finely chopped |
| 2 tablespoons | Rice vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon | Sugar |
SAUCE
In a bowl mix together the ingredients except the oil, stirring well to make a thick dough. Heat the oil. Using a spoon form the dough into small cakes and slide into the hot oil. Deep fry until golden brown, drain and allow to cool.
Sauce: Mix together and serve with the sweetcorn cakes.
