2 tablespoons | Jaggery |
\N large | Pinch salt -For Seasoning--- |
2 tablespoons | Ghee |
1 teaspoon | Black mustard seeds |
2 \N | Red chiles; broken |
Boil together tomato puree, jaggery and salt for about 10 minutes. Heat ghee and add mustard seeds and red chilies. When brown, pour over Tomato Pachadi and serve.
