|1¾ cup||Plain yogurt|
|1¼ cup||Ice cold water|
|2 teaspoons||Lemon juice|
|½ teaspoon||Cumin seeds; crushed|
|Fresh mint sprig (opt)|
In a blender or food processor, blend yogurt, 4 ice cubes and ice cold water
Add lemon juice and sugar and blend mixture again until thoroughly combined.
Pour mixture over ice cubes in glasses and sprinkle with crsuhed cumin seeds. Garnish with lemon slices and mint sprig, if desired.
