Sweet dough-master recipe

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Yeast
¼ cup Lukewarm water
1 cup Milk
½ cup Margarine
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
½ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 \N Egg
3½ cup Flour

Soften yeast in lukewarm water; set aside. Scald milk. Add margarine, vanilla, sugar, and salt; cool. Add enough flour to make a thick batter.

Add yeast and eggs. Beat. Knead about 10 minutes. Place in greased bowl and let rise about 1½ hours. Punch down and work into desired shapes.
