| 1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
| ¼ cup | Powdered sugar mixed with |
| ½ teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 teaspoons | Cinnamon |
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in vanilla, salt & ground almonds. Gradually blend in flour. Shape dough into crescents using a rounded teaspoonful for each. sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture & bake on ungreased cookie sheets in 325 deg. oven 15-18 minutes. From "Old Fashioned Christmas Recipes"
