16 ounces | Sauerkraut -- drained |

14½ ounce | Beef broth |
4 tablespoons | Chili powder |
¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
Heat oil in 3 quart saucepan. Brown meat, onions and garlic. Drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low.
Simmer, partially covered, for 25 to 30 minutes. 351 calories and 15 grams fat.
