Super bowl dumplings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground cooked sweet Italian
\N \N Sausage
1 large Diced onion
1 large Diced red pepper
1 cup Diced mushrooms
\N \N Freshly ground balck pepper
2 teaspoons Fresh sage
12 ounces Pack wonton skins
\N \N Flour
\N \N Nonstick cooking spray

In large skillet, warm sausage over low heat for 15 minutes. Drain fat. Add onions, peppers, mushrooms, pepper & sage & saute over low heat for 10 minutes; set aside. Lay skins on a well floured surface.

Brush tops with water. Fill each skin with 1 tsp. of mixture, then fold in half diagonally; press edges to seal. Spray a steamer basket with nonstick spray. Place as many dumplings as possible in basket & steam, covered, for 4-5 minutes. Repeat until all dumplings are finished.
