| ¼ cup | Chili sauce; Or Other Tomato Based Sauce |
| 2 teaspoons | Minced onions |
| 1 tablespoon | Green bell pepper; minced |
| 1 tablespoon | Pimiento; minced |
| 2 tablespoons | Sweet pickle relish |
| 1 | Hard-boiled egg; finely chop |
| Salt and pepper; to taste | |
| Milk; optional |
In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, chili sauce, onion, bell pepper, pimento, pickle relish and egg. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If desired, thin with a little milk or half and half. If made ahead, cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week. Makes about 1¾ cups.
