Sunny summer squash

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Sliced green onions
2 teaspoons Reduced-calorie margarine
2½ cup Sliced yellow squash (abt 2 medium)
1 teaspoon Oregano, minced or
¼ teaspoon Dried oregano
⅛ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Garlic powder

Combine the green onion and margarine in a 2-quart casserole. Cover and microwave on high 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Cover and microwave on high 4-5 minutes or until squash is tender, stirring after 2 minutes.
