sunflower loaf

MeasureIngredient
½ cup Sunflower seeds; ground
½ cup Bread crumbs
1 cup Walnuts; ground
½ cup Potato, raw; grated
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Soy milk
3 tablespoons Onion; grated
1 tablespoon Oil

Mix all ingredients well. Let stand covered for ½ hour. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
