| ½ cup | Unprocessed bran flakes |
| 3 cups | Bread flour |
| ¼ cup | Sunflower seeds |
| 1 teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 tablespoon | Sugar |
| 3 tablespoons | Molasses |
| 2 tablespoons | Butter |
| 1¼ cup | Milk |
| Raisins; (optional) |
Ingredients should be at room temperature. Liquids (and 'warmed' ingredients) should be at 120-130 degrees. Add ingredients in order given.
