| 5 | Green onions; chopped |
| 1 medium | Onion; slice in rings |
| ¼ pounds | Fresh spinach |
| 1 can | Water chestnuts or bamboo shoots |
Brown beef strips in margarine. Add 1 cup chicken bouillon, soy sauce, salt & sugar to beef along with all other ingredients except spinach. Simmer 20 minutes. Add spinach & warm until heated through. Serve over rice.
