|1 pounds||Round steak or stew meat|
|1||Bunch green onions; chopped|
|1||Stalk celery; chopped|
|1 can||(16-oz) bamboo shoots; undrained|
|1 can||(16-oz) bean sprouts; undrained|
|3 cans||(8-oz) water chestnuts; undrained|
|1||Bottle soy sauce|
|1 can||(16-oz) Chinese noodles|
Cut meat into bite-sized pieces. Brown in large pan. Add onions & celery.
Turn heat low, cover & cook 15 minutes. Drain juices from cans into meat mixture. Cook 20 minutes on low heat. Pour vegetables into meat mixture.
Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over Chinese noodles.
