| Measure | Ingredient |

| ¾ pounds | Mozarella cheese, diced |
| 3 | Eggs, lightly beaten |
| 2 tablespoons | Butter |

| 1 pinch | Black pepper |
Drain the ricotta cheese. Combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
