Stuffed turkey strata

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Vegetable seasoning packet from stove top chicken flavor stuffing mix
1⅔ cup Water
¼ cup Butter or margarine
8 slices Cooked turkey or chicken breast; (1/4\" thick)
½ pack Chopped broccoli; thawed
1 \N Jar; (12 oz.) turkey gravy
1 \N Jar (4.5 oz.) sliced mushrooms; drained
3 tablespoons White wine

Combine contents of vegetable/seasoning packet and water in medium saucepan. Add butter. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Add contents of 1 stuffing crumb packet; stir to moisten. Cover; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Place half of turkey (4 slices) in a 9 inch square pan. Spread stuffing over turkey; cover stuffing with broccoli. Place remaining turkey on top. Mix gravy, mushrooms and wine; pour over turkey. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until hot. Makes 4 servings.
