1 \N | Vegetable seasoning packet from stove top chicken flavor stuffing mix |
1⅔ cup | Water |
¼ cup | Butter or margarine |
8 slices | Cooked turkey or chicken breast; (1/4\" thick) |
½ pack | Chopped broccoli; thawed |
1 \N | Jar; (12 oz.) turkey gravy |
1 \N | Jar (4.5 oz.) sliced mushrooms; drained |
3 tablespoons | White wine |
Combine contents of vegetable/seasoning packet and water in medium saucepan. Add butter. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Add contents of 1 stuffing crumb packet; stir to moisten. Cover; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Place half of turkey (4 slices) in a 9 inch square pan. Spread stuffing over turkey; cover stuffing with broccoli. Place remaining turkey on top. Mix gravy, mushrooms and wine; pour over turkey. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until hot. Makes 4 servings.
