Stuffed pizza loaf

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Loaf Italian bread
½ cup Pizza sauce
4 ounces Thinly sliced pepperoni or salami
6 ounces Mozzerella cheese slices
\N \N Green pepper slices
\N \N Mushrooms, sliced

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Make 7 cuts 1½" apart through the loaf, leaving the bottom crust intact. Spoon 2 Tablespoons of sauce into each slice. Tuck in 1 slice of meat and 2 slices of cheese. Also tuck in green pepper and mushroom slices. Wrap stuffed loaf tightly in tin foil. Place on baking sheet and bake 15-20 minutes. Yield 4 servings I got this recipe from a magazine but can't recall which one. This is a favourite at our house especially on the weekends when we are so busy.
