Stuffed meat loaf

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Ground beef or turkey
½ cup Bread crumbs
1 \N Egg
1 tablespoon A-1 Sauce
¼ cup Milk
1 small Onion, chopped
\N \N Cheeses:
¼ cup Shredded monterey jack,
\N \N 1/4 c shredded provolone,
\N \N + 1/2 c shredded cheddar
2 tablespoons Ketsup
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Dried basil
¼ teaspoon Dill
1 tablespoon Barbeque sauce

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Mix the meat, bread crumbs, egg, A-1 sauce, ketsup, garlic, dill, basil, milk, onion and bbq sauce together. Make a large ball, and separate in two halves. Put the first half in a non-stick sprayed baking dish. Create a valley in the center, not too near the edges.

In the valley, place the cheeses, mixed together. With the second half,flatten and form it over the top of the bottom half. Seal the edges.

3. Bake for 1 - 1½ hours or until done.
