| 8 ounces | Sauerkraut; drained |
| ¼ teaspoon | Caraway seeds |
| 2 cups | Potatoes; mashed, divided |
| ½ cup | Cheddar cheese; shredded |
Split 7 hot dogs lengthwise; don’t cut all the way through. Top with 8-ounce can sauerkraut, drained, seasoned with ¾ teaspoon caraway seeds.
Top with total 2 cups mashed potatoes divided equally; sprinkle each equally with total of ½ cup shredded Cheddar. Bake in baking pan in 375-F oven 15 minutes. Makes 7 servings at 88 cents each.
