½ cup | Skim milk |
¼ cup | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
8 \N | Frozen unsweetened whole strawberries |
1 teaspoon | Toasted wheat germ |
Place cottage cheese, skim milk, sugar, vanilla and frozen strawberries in a blender; process 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into glasses, and sprinkle with wheat germ. Serve immediately.
