| ½ pint | Whipping cream; (250 ml) |
| 2 quarts | Fresh strawberries; thinly sliced |
| 3 tablespoons | Sugar |
| 2 tablespoons | Strawberry Jello; (provides stability to strawberry layer, doesn't alter flavour), up to 3 |
Combine strawberries ,sugar and strawberry jello. Cream together cream cheese and icing sugar; add sour cream and vanilla. Whip cream. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Add cake pieces to this. Layer together in large glass bowl starting with cake / cheese mixture and ending with strawberries. (Three layers of each). Cover with plastic wrap and leave overnight.
