1 carton (8 oz.) plain lowfat yogurt
1 cup Crushed ice
1 large Banana, cut into chunks

Pour milk into blender container. Add remaining ingredients; cover. Blend at high speed 30 seconds or until smooth. Makes 5 cups or 5 servings.
