1 teaspoon | Vegetable oil |
100 millilitres | Chicken stock |
1 teaspoon | Oyster sauce |
1 teaspoon | Sugar |
Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry Ung Choi for 30 seconds. Add the stock and stir, add the sauce and sugar and leave to cook over a high heat for 2 minutes. Serve.
