Stir-fried ung choi in oyster sauce

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 bunch Ung Choi in 4 inch lengths
1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
100 millilitres Chicken stock
1 teaspoon Oyster sauce
1 teaspoon Sugar

Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry Ung Choi for 30 seconds. Add the stock and stir, add the sauce and sugar and leave to cook over a high heat for 2 minutes. Serve.
