⅓ cup | Green pepper; chopped |
10 ounces | Pkg whole kernel corn; thaw |
8 ounces | Tomato sauce |
4 ounces | Mushroom pieces; drained |
1 each | Tomato; peel & chop |
2 teaspoons | Brown sugar |
½ teaspoon | Onion powder |
¼ teaspoon | Garlic salt |
1 dash | Black pepper |
1 dash | Liquid hot pepper sauce |
1 tablespoon | Catsup |
In rice bowl, combine celery and green pepper. Add ½ cup water to reservoir, cover and steam for 10 to 12 minutes.
Stir in all remaining ingredients. Add 1-¼ cup water to reservoir, cover and steam for 24 to 26 minutes.
Serves 4
Total steaming time: 34 to 38 minutes.
