Measure | Ingredient |

1 pounds | Pork |
½ cup | Soy sauce |
½ cup | Sherry |
1 tablespoon | Sugar |
1. Cut pork in 1-inch cubes. Combine soy sauce, sherry and sugar. Add to pork and toss. Place in heatproof bowl.
