Steak with livers - gas grill

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Chicken livers, sliced
2 tablespoons Butter
¼ cup Green onion, chopped
1 cup Mushrooms, fresh, sliced
½ cup White wine, dry
2 pounds Beef sirloin steak 1 to 1 1/2 inch thick

In skillet cook livers in butter; remove from pan. In same pan cook onion and mushrooms until almost tender; return livers to pan. Stir in wine, ¼ teaspoon of salt and dash of pepper. Pre-heat both sides of gas grill on HIGH for 10 minutes. Turn both to MEDIUM. Grill steak with hood closed for 20 to 25 minutes turning once. Serve with livers.
