8 ounces Lean ground beef
Demi-tasse spoon mashed anchovies
Demi-tasse spoon Dijon mustard
Demi-tasse spoons red wine vinegar
Demi-tasse spoons olive oil
Egg yolk
Demi-tasse spoons worcestershire sauce
Demi-tasse spoon Tabasco
Demi-tasse spoons brandy
½  Demi-tasse spoon paprika
1½  Demi-tasse spoons onion
Demi-tasse spoon gerkins
Demi-tasse spoons capers
  Salt & pepper to taste

DRESSING

Mix all ingredients of dressing together until you get a smooth liquid dressing. Add to ground beef and mix well. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with rye bread.
