Steak 'n mushrooms

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Sirloin Steak
2 pounds Mushrooms;caps of
6 tablespoons Butter
6 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 \N Garlic;chopped;clove
3 tablespoons Parsley;chopped
\N \N Sherry;Optional:;
\N \N Worcestershire;

Heat in skillet butter and oil. Add mushroom caps and saute about 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook until tender.

Sprinkle parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper. You may wish to add a dash of Worcestershire sauce or sherry.

Serve over cooked steak. (See STEAK AND ONIONS)
