squid with lemongrass and coconut

MeasureIngredient
8 ounces Fresh squid
½  Stalk lemongrass
¼ can Coconut milk
1 tablespoon Fish sauce
1 tablespoon Oil
Chilli; chopped

Wash the squid and slice horizontally into rings. Heat the oil and fry the lemongrass, squid and fish sauce. Add the coconut milk and chilli. Serve.
