Squash & pepper saute

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 mediums Yellow squash -- sliced
2 mediums Zucchini -- sliced
1 medium Sweet red pepper --
\N \N Julienned
¼ cup Olive or vegetable oil
1 \N Env Italian salad dressing
\N \N Mix
3 tablespoons Red wine vinegar

In a skillet over medium-high heat, stir-fry the vegetables in oil until crisp-tender, about 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle with salad dressing mix; toss. stir in vinegar; mix well.
