| 6 cups | Spinach or other greens; torn in bite-size pieces |

| ½ teaspoon | Grated orange peel |
| ¼ cup | Orange juice |
| ¼ cup | Oil |
| 2 tablespoons | Sugar |
| 2 tablespoons | Wine vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| ¼ teaspoon | Salt |
DRESSING
Combine ingredients for dressing in a covered container and shake. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, add dressing, toss lightly. Serves 8.
