Measure | Ingredient |

1 pack | (10-oz) frozen chopped spinach |
½ can | (8-oz) water chestnuts; chopped and drained |
2 tablespoons | Mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons | Sour cream |
3 \N | Scallions or green onions and tops; chopped |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
\N \N | Pepper to taste |
\N \N | Garlic powder to taste |
\N \N | Worcestershire sauce to taste |
\N \N | Mayonnaise |
20 slices | Bread |
Thaw frozen spinach and squeeze all liquid out. Mix all other ingredients with spinach. Remove crust from bread. Spread 1 slice of bread with mayonnaise, then spread with spinach mixture. Cut in fourths, diagonally, to make tea sandwiches. Yield: 10 large or 20 tea sandwiches.
