Spinach sandwiches

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (10-oz) frozen chopped spinach
½ can (8-oz) water chestnuts; chopped and drained
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Sour cream
3 \N Scallions or green onions and tops; chopped
½ teaspoon Salt
\N \N Pepper to taste
\N \N Garlic powder to taste
\N \N Worcestershire sauce to taste
\N \N Mayonnaise
20 slices Bread

Thaw frozen spinach and squeeze all liquid out. Mix all other ingredients with spinach. Remove crust from bread. Spread 1 slice of bread with mayonnaise, then spread with spinach mixture. Cut in fourths, diagonally, to make tea sandwiches. Yield: 10 large or 20 tea sandwiches.
