|6 cups||Torn fresh spinach|
|1 large||Seedless orange, peeled & roughly chopped|
|¼ cup||Chopped green onions|
|½ cup||Sliced mushrooms|
|1 tablespoon||Lemon juice|
|3 tablespoons||Olive oil|
|¼ teaspoon||Black pepper|
|¾ cup||Toasted slivered almonds|
Place spinach in a large salad bowl. Add orange, mushrooms & onions.
Mix together lemon juice, oil, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Ensure it is well mixed. Pour over salad & add almonds. Toss gently.
