Spinach dip #06

Measure Ingredient
250 millilitres Sour cream
250 millilitres Mayonnaise
250 grams Water chestnuts; drained and diced
5 \N Green onions; chopped (with tops)
300 grams Cooked spinach; drained well
1 \N Envelope Knorr dry vegetable soup mix

2. Stir again before serving.

Author's Notes: People like this dip. It's a hit a parties. It is good to dip vegetables into, or to spread on crackers.

Serve with sturdy dip-ables or crackers, as it will break chips.
