| ½ teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1½ teaspoon | Thyme |
| 1½ teaspoon | Marjoram |
| 1½ teaspoon | Basil |
| 1½ teaspoon | Oregano |
Mix all ingredients in a large covered bowl. Place cubed meat in marinade for at least 5 days, shaking or turning over each day. Place on skewers; cook on grill. Use Italian bread.
