Spicy tomato dressing

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Tomato Juice
¾ cup Unflovored gelatin;
1½ teaspoon Dry salad dressing mix; of your choise
1 tablespoon Wine vinegar;

Bring ½ cup tomato juice to boil and add gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients, blend thoroughly. Chill. Shake berfore serving. (Gelatin makes the dressing thick.) Food Exchange per serving: FREE FOOD
