3 tablespoons | Lime juice |
2 tablespoons | Hoisin sauce |
1½ tablespoon | Salt reduced soy sauce |
⅓ cup | Chicken stock |
200 grams | Sliced baby beans |
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok, add half the pork, quickly toss to brown and sear (1 -2 minutes). Remove to side dish. Repeat with another tablespoon oil and remaining pork, remove. Heat remaining oil, reduce heat. Add spring onions, ginger, garlic, chillies and lemongrass, stir and cook 1 minute.
Add rind, juice, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, stock and beans, cook 1-2 minutes. Return pork to wok, stir to combine. Serve with boiled noodles or rice.
