2 tablespoons | Chopped roasted peanuts |
Stir together the peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and pepper flakes and finely chopped garlic. Place the wings in a single layer on a baking pan and bake in a preheated 400 degrees F. oven 15 minutes. Turn and bake an additional 15 minutes. Remove the wings from the oven and brush one side with the peanut sauce. Bake 5 minutes. Turn and brush the second side with the sauce and sprinkle with the peanuts. Bake 7 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool.
