1 cup | Monterey Jack cheese |
2 tablespoons | Jalapeno peppers,chopped |
2 tablespoons | Scallions |
Preheat oven to 350. Place taco chips on an ungreased baking sheet.
Spread a layer of refried beans over each chip. Sprinkle with cheese, pepers and scallions. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese in melted.
