spicy mini-meatballs

1½ tablespoon Light rum
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
Garlic clove; pressed
1 teaspoon Ground ginger
1 pounds Lean ground beef

1. Combine all ingredients and blend well.

2. Shape into balls about 1 inch in diameter.

3. Bake in 300 degree oven for 12-15 minutes, turning once.

4. Serve with wooden picks.
