| ¾ teaspoon | Ground ginger |
| 6 tablespoons | Brown sugar |
| 3 tablespoons | Sherry |
| 3 pounds | Lean meat, cut in strips |
| Tabasco sauce (optional) |
Mix ingredients. Marinate in refregerator for at least 6 hours before drying.
